The main living area is an open plan with living room, dining area, and kitchen. There are two bedrooms down the hall, and a bathroom. There are several doors that access the patios and extensive gardens surrounding the house, outdoor dining and hot tub. House is ~1200sf.




Your well-behaved dog is welcome. Due to the sharp drop-off into Hulbert Creek, Heartsrest is not recommended for small children.




Cleaning $90, 11% tax on rent and cleaning, $40 non-refundable damage waiver.
