The living room is open to the kitchen, with a dining set and bar seating, and opens to a deck, outdoor dining, and hot tub. Outside the front door, a separate side deck is surrounded by a redwood fairy ring. There's a seasonal creek on the property. The property is walking distance to Austin Creek's gravel beaches and swimming holes. House is ~900sf.
