We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your villa. Everything was as advertised and you guys did a good job of answering any questions that I had. Location was great! Only a few miles from Disney and easy access to get to I-4 to go to Tampa.

The villa was fine, however we agreed with a totally different house with totally different amenities. It was quite embarassing sharing the cost with another couple for a house with a jacuzzi and grill, but neither was there. I had the house id number pictures and amenities all printed out, only to arrive at a house that was different than what we and the owner agreed upon. While the villa toscano was nice, we specifically paid for what we thought was most important for our stay and that was a grill and the hot tub. The freezer didn't work, the outside outlets didn't work, it was a very FRUSTRATING time AFTER trying to explain the situation that we had already dealt with. No call back from the owner after trying to settle the matter re: grill. the nicest person was Curtis the pool guy who attempted to help us out. I will NEVER rent from this particular owner again unless there is a huge apology or a discount when we return in December.

We had a wonderful time on our short trip to Florida. The house was beautiful and in good order. Both Erica and Chris provided "above and beyond" customer service even helping us with directions to find the house. It was located in a good place which allowed us to get to the "fun spots" in minimal time. It was also nice to relax in the pool at the end of the day and let the kids swim. Great place to be! Would definitely stay there again.
