Beautiful Setting, sprawling floorplan and detail that envokes the spirit of the location. Convieniently located but private. Flexible that suits the magical whimiscal initimate get away to full scale family renunion or larger scale event. Would highly recommend.

The Bishops Lodge house was the perfect layout and location for our group of wedding revelers. Lots of room to relax and close enough to town without being in it - just what we hoped for. A great rental choice!

This place was a blast - the scenery around Sante Fe was great but everyone still enjoyed coming home to such a great place that we could all enjoy together instead of a cramped hotel room. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed the house! some of the rooms were smaller than we had thought, and it was hot some nights. We were unable to reach the management company to discuss air conditioning. Luckily the owner stopped by to answer our questions. We tried calling the number we were given for property management multiple times, but got the same message "mailbox full". Sorta felt like once we paid, we were abandoned! But the house was lovely.

There were some conditioning problems: Borken venetian blinds, dirty grill with no propane, a lot of rubble around "fountain" area, no freezer compartment in fridge (had to go to garage for ice), folding door to downstairs bedroom was off track and would not open or close. Nothing major; but should be attended to.

We had a great stay in this large well appointed home with a beautiful view. Our daughter's college graduation event was a great success because the space was very accomodating for a larger group. A word of caution, the main property had three full baths and four bedrooms with no guest bath which presented a problem for us. The adjoining guest house was occupied by another guest not in our party which contains the advertised fourth bath. Overall, we really enjoyed this beautiful property.

A group of us rented the house for a ski trip. There were leaking at the house in multiple bedrooms from day 1. According to the manager, they forgot to shovel the snow from the roof. The fire alarm went off the second day for no reason and would not turn off. This was very irritating and might have caused some damage to our ears. The manager took over 2 hours to respond to our issues and finally moved us to a new location. The very few hours we spend hours we spent at the house was dealing with these issues. The manager is also accusing us of an missing item not a single person in the group saw at the house. Other than these issues the house seemed like a nice place even tho we did not spend much time in it.
