The living room has 2 black leather sofas, coffee table, fireplace, armchair and a flat screen TV. There is a dining room table that seats 6 where you can eat and look out at the beach. Could'nt get Help! Eric & Lynn M. from Fremont, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2012 The weather was very hot and we could not slide the slider door screen(broken)so had to use the door. But worse, the front living room window that affronts the beach was broken, had to be kept closed the whole time, and made our interior unbareably HOT. Though reported on day 1- nothing was done during our stay. Other broken items were listed to the owners rep., micheal, who said they would be fixed,but they were not. We had more than enough room to accommodate all our guest. The beds were so comfortable however we had a few tricky problems with the air condition in unit A but other than that we had an exceptional stay. Unit A also had an enormous patio that allowed everyone to gather to decide our game plans or drink wine while watching the sunset... It was the perfect patio to enjoy our time on the beach!Thanks for everything and I would totally recommend this property or rent it again for future stays in Newport. |
