Located in the quiet neighborhood of Peninsula Point, this single family home is walking distance to the Balboa Pier, bike rentals and the beach! This cottage features a spacious private outdoor patio, updated furnishings, flat screen TVs, fireplace, 2 car garage and BBQ!
The living room has 1 couch, coffee table, 2 armchairs and a fireplace. The family room has 2 couches, flat screen TV and french doors that lead to the outdoor patio. There is a dining room table that seats 4 with 2 additional barstools up at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is bright and airy with white tile countertops, stove, island cutting board and plenty of counter and cabinet space for storing and preparing food. The spacious back outdoor patio has a table that seats 4, another smaller table that seat 2, umbrella and a gas BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!
The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has 2 single twins. There is a full bathroom with granite countertops and a walk-in shower.
There is a washer and dryer in and 2 spots in the detached garage.
