The villa occupies a spectacular beach front position within a tropical landscaped garden. Near the fishing boat marina and set in a coconut grove, this small exclusive developement of recently built villas have direct access to the secluded and unspoilt sandy beach at Plai Laem.
The villa is close to the swimming beach and five star international beach hotels at Cheong Mon, the charming bohemian fisherman's village of Bophut with it's colourful chinese shophouses, bars and restaurants lining the water's edge. The airport is a 10 minute drive and the shops, restaurants and vibrant nightlife of Chaweng Beach just 15 minutes away.
Villa Plumeria has been thoughtfully designed and tastefully furnished to blend traditional Thai elegance with comfortable and functional beach style living. Set in an oasis of similar properties it has over 20 metres of direct beach frontage and a tropical landscaped garden combining the natural flora and fauna of Samui.
The indoor living area consists of two separate pavilions. In one a comfortable lounging area with a satellite tv and music system, a formal dining table with seating for six, a fully fitted and equipped western kitchen and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The other pavilion comprises of two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with large twin beds. All beds have luxury pocket spring or pillow top mattresses with hotel quality pillows, lightweight duvets and cotton bedding.
A 'Plumeria Tree' provides the centre piece to a spacious wooden terraced outdoor living area with dining table and comfortable chairs. The villa has a sunbathing deck and a large infinity swimming pool with submerged seating to cool down and enjoy the magnificent sea views. To one side of the pool is a water feature and to the other a beach front living sala with seating for two, perfect for enjoying a glass of chilled white wine while taking in the dramatic Samui sunset, or just relaxing after a wonderful body massage. The pool area has it's own washroom and shower and is fully equipped with cushioned sun loungers and parasols.
At certain times of the year the sea recedes over 100 metres and at other times the water is shallow and not suitable for swimming. It's a short 5 minute drive to one of the best swimming beaches on the island.
