Las condiciones de anulación:
Anulación más de 30 días antes de fecha entrada se devuelve 100% de la reserva menos los gastos de trasferencia bancarios.
Anulación 29-15 días antes de fecha entrada se devuelve 50% de la reserva.
Anulación 14-8 días antes de fecha se devuelve 25 % de la reserva.
Anulación menos de 7 días de fecha de entrada 0% de la reserva.
Si el día de entrada el cliente no se presenta sin causa justificada, el propietario tiene el derecho de disponer de la casa para un nuevo alquiler a una tercera persona perdiendo el primero todo derecho sobre la reserva efectuada asi como de la posibilidad de ocupar la casa en las fechas contratadas.
