The apartment has hardwood floors whereas the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms have tile. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, rice maker, blender, and coffee maker. The apartment comes with cooking pots, cooking utensils, china, glassware, silverware, linens, and towels to make you feel at home. The laundry room has full size washer and dryer as well as a iron and ironing board. The loft TV room has a 32" LCD flat screen with DVD/CD/AM/FM player and Wifi internet connection for your laptop. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 32" LCD flat screen TV, a dresser, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, and a walk in closet. The duplex has double-paned windows to reduce the exterior noise of Miraflores. The bathroom showers have seamless glass enclosures. There are two water heaters to assure enough hot water for our guests.
