Property Manager Response: Response from The Estates at Turtle Bay, Inc. Sorry, but the Turtle Bay Resort and the condos are completely separate entities. There are no exchange amenities. |

Generally happy with Turtle Bay A guest from Isleta, NM recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in August, 2012 The condos at Turtle Bay allowed us to have a great experience on Oahu. The convenience of a "home away from home" was perfect for our family. This is the second time we stayed in the same condo. Nothing changed from the first time six years ago. Unfortunately the furnishings were more worn, especially the sofa, and the doors stuck closed even more than during our first stay. The ants were everywhere (as expected in a sub-tropical climate) but were only annoying, no biting. The kitchen was beautifully modern and well appointed. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The air conditioners were nice to have but still left us sweltering on hot August afternoons. That's what the pool is for, though! We will absolutely consider the Estates at Turtle Bay for our next stay on Oahu. But we will ask for a condo with more recent updates in the furnishings and the hardware. |

Stayed for 8 days in December, 2011 Verrrry nice condo, clean, TV in every room (3) with plenty of space for 6 adults. Of course we had our experience with the ants, but it was our fault, we left the food out to attract them in the first place. Not a big deal. We'd repeat the stay in a second, only 5 minutes from Ted's Bakery, 12 minutes from Waimea, 20 from Haleiwa, 10 from PCC. Perfect location for the North Shore. |

10 days on the 3rd fairway of paradise A guest from yonkers, new york recommends this property. Stayed for 10 days in June, 2011 We rented 109 for 10 days in July. What struck me most when we arrived at the unit is that the pictures of the unit on the ETB website are an extremely accurate portrayal. The unit was neat and clean and sleeps 6 comfortably and we would definitely rent the unit again. With that said, and you are fairly warned in advance, the bathroom and kitchen sinks do have ants. While they are explained away because you are in "the tropics" something really needs to be done. It is not an infestation, or repulsive, it is just something you would rather not see. All in all, you cannot beat the value, the location at the resort and on the North Shore. My advice would be to go every chance you can |

Mahalo! It was wonderful Reviewed by: Kristen M. recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in September, 2010 Thank you so much for helping to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. We happened upon your agency because we had originally rented from the "other" rental agency and were assigned 160 West. The unit was deplorable and their were cockroaches to greet us when we walked in the door. There were many other issues, but the straw that broke the camels back was when the refrigerator stopped working and we lost all our groceries we had bought earlier that day. Thankfully Maralyn Tilley and Susan Pantier were working in your office and heard about our experience with the other agency. They went right to work to see if they had a comparable unit for us to finish up our week. And fortunately, they had a two star, two bedroom, two bath plus loft available that needed cleaning. So within the afternoon, we were able to get a refund from the other agency and move into unit 109 West which was absolutely lovely. We are so thankful for Maralyn and Susan. We wouldn't have had such a nice vacation without them. The unit was terrific and I will look forward to renting with you again. I would like to personally thank both of these ladies for stepping up to the plate to help us make our long-awaited Hawaiian vacation an enjoyable one. |
