Awesome Condo! Carli C. from SLC, Utah recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in May, 2016 We had a great experience at this condo! It was stocked with beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, beach chairs, condiments in the fridge and cold water! Just about anything we needed! It was comfortable, the wifi worked great, and it had OnDemand TV which was a nice way to end the night relaxing. We were able to walk along the golf course to the beach and enjoy delicious meals and activities at Turtle Bay! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!
Will Be Back Again Janine G. from Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta recommends this property.
Stayed for 9 days in March, 2016 It was a relaxing wonderful holiday. Amenities with in walking distance and a lot of local food and shoping a quick drive away.
A great 29 days at this Turtle Bay condo. Jim C. from Traverse City, Mich. recommends this property.
Stayed for 29 days in February, 2016 As the "stars" show this place was as described and it was a pleasure to stay there. The floor plan, kitchen, bathroom, living room and lanai were all laid out for easy use and enjoyment. We enjoyed hikes on the property(over 12 miles of trails), swimming, helicopter rides, and dining in the resort restaurants. Close by were farmers markets, horseback rides, shrimp farms, more surfing beaches, and longer trails. Overall, a very nice place to relax and visit.
Winter get away Dennis M. from Ogden, Utah recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in January, 2016 We had a great stay. The condo was every thing we had hoped forr. It was very clean and had every thing we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Thanks for the use of the golf clubs we enjoyed the courses. The ground around the condo was very clean and it was only a short walk to the beach.
Put this condo on your "Good One" list! Kathy B. from Lenexa, KS recommends this property.
Stayed for 8 days in December, 2015 We've stayed at Turtle Bay (Kuilima Estates) for the past 10 years. Some condos that we have stayed in are on our "Don't Rent This One Again" list and some are on "This Is A Good One" list. 77 West is on our Good One List! We felt welcomed and at home. The condo is up-to-date and clean.
Great condo! Cindy A. from Richmond, BC recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in November, 2015 We really enjoyed our stay in #77 at Turtle Bay. The condo was well equipped and is the nicest location - on the golf course and you can see through to the ocean. It is an easy walk to the beach/resort. We look forward to staying here again.
Wonderful, Relaxing stay!! Colleen H. from Sparta, MI recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in May, 2015 We had a wonderful time in Turtle Bay 077 West. We found the condo clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was quite comfortable (loved the soft bed). The bathroom shower was wonderful as well. The building was a little hard to find in the dark, but we found it within a few minutes. Just follow the signs. We enjoyed the North Shore - with it's quiet and relaxed pace. You are within an hour of almost anywhere on Oahu! Loved Hale'iwa and the shaved ice at Motsumoto's is the best - went there 3 times!! The drive up the East Shore was breathtaking - a must see!! Walked over to Turtle Bay Resort and had a drink at the outside bar and watched their entertainment - nice Hawaiian shows. Would definitely recommend this condo and this location!
Make sure to ask about parking and kids Harris J. from Venice, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in March, 2015 No outside night lights to see when walking,we had no parking,Three remotes to try and figure out the TV,and trying to find adult pool was not fun.all said just so not rent this one and ask every question to avoid unwanted situation when you arrive

Stayed for 9 days in February, 2015 - Minutes from Turtle Bay amenities where we enjoyed a fabulous helicopter ride.- Hiking trails, beaches, attractions and Foodland grocery stores nearby.- Condo well stocked. Golf clubs came in handy.- Owners very helpful. Would stay here again.
Relaxing visit Dec 2014 Pat C. from Manhattan Beach, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in December, 2014 The condo was exactly as described and photographed, and was well equipped. It was an easy walk down the golf cart path to the golf grill/restaurant (Lai Lai's?), which we liked better than the hotel restaurant. The lanai was perfect for morning breakfast and afternoon cocktails. One breezy afternoon we walked across the golf course and left along the coast to a WW II pill box and the bay beyond - lovely views.Beach towels are provided.
Surf's Up on the North Shore A guest from Genoa, NV recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in December, 2014 We returned to Turtle Bay for a wonderful week of relaxation. We like to go in the winter when the waves are huge. This condo was the nicest one we have stayed in so far. It was updated, clean and had a nice TV w/ HD channels. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
Wonderful vacation. A guest from Wasilla, AK recommends this property.
Stayed for 10 days in April, 2014 We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely return. The unit overall was exactly as described. Maintenance seems to be lacking however. There seems to be a problem with the availability of hot water. We would frequently have cold showers after only a 10 minute shower and no other sources of water being used.
Relaxing in paradise Gordon B. from Wittenberg Rd, Winnepeg recommends this property.
Stayed for 10 days in March, 2014 We had a great time and were so glad we chose to go the vrbo route instead of a waikiki hotel. The location with the lanai overlooking the first hole at the course was great. Close to the resort for a nice walk to wander the beaches and enjoy evening sunsets. The unit was clean and well equipped. Thanks!
Couldn't have been better Mark W. from Manhattan Beach, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 6 days in February, 2014 Simply put we had an awesome trip. The place is exactly as advertised. Great spot, clean, Nice well-equipped kitchen. The owner and property management company were prompt in every respect. Fair price and nice place what else can you ask for?
Beautiful area James S. from Burlington, Mass recommends this property.
Stayed for 8 days in January, 2014 The unit was just as pictured. The living room furniture was comfortable as was the bed. Turtle Bay was great for snorkeling. Had a wonderful time.
Great Hawaii condo on the fairway and overlooking the North Shore A guest from Green Cove Springs, FL recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in December, 2013 Great location and very comfortable condo on the fairway. I was especially pleased with the convenient wi-fi set up and could stay in touch with important business contacts conveniently during my vacation. Keeping my computer clock on my local business time (not Hawaii time) ... I arrived after dark at about 10pm, so it was a challenge to find it, but excellent directions from the management certainly helped.
Nice stay but noisy A guest from Suquamish, Washington recommends this property.
Stayed for 8 days in May, 2013 Good location near the golf course and beach. Parking lot paving operations and very noisy next door neighbors during my stay lessened the experience.
Sharing Paradise Katherine B. from Pioneer, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in April, 2013 The property was exactly as described. The folks at the rental company were great. The owners are gracious and I say Mahalo to them for sharing their piece of paradise with the rest of us! Will we return...ABSOLUTELY!!! (Besides, we can't get Kahuku Superette's Spicy Ahi Poke in Pioneer...)
First Fairway View A guest from Vancouver, BC recommends this property.
Stayed for 8 days in April, 2013 We enjoyed the condo views it was nice being on the corner. Loved having coffee in the morning on the lanai watching golfers and birds. Easy drive to beaches and town.
North Shore Condo A guest from Valley Center, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 8 days in February, 2013 We arrived at the condo late at night due to airline issues. Since there is no management office on site, we were given gate codes and information as to where we were to find the key. This all worked perfectly but the resort is pretty dark so it was difficult fo find the exact room. Once we found our location, we were pleased with the cleanliness and decor. Everything was exactly as it was stated on the web site. The only thing I noticed was that the housekeeping did not leave any bath soap at all. I know that they don't supply more than a day or two of supplies, but there was none. Luckily I had my own. It was so nice to have our own washer and dryer in the unit.If you are trying to decide about staying here, I would say that the bed was soft, so if you like a soft bed it is great. Also, it is a long drive to Honolulu but if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet of the North Shore, then this is the place for you.
A very nice expereince. Darrell H. from Prtland, OR recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in January, 2013 The condo was in a great location, we were able to go to all points of the island within one hour maximum. One day we even went to Wikiki for the day returning just as the sun set. The area is quiet and was bug-free while we were there. The only negative thing is we had to leave. However, we look forward to returning soon.
nice unit Charles M. from Morris Plains, N.J. recommends this property.
Stayed for 6 days in January, 2013 This facility is over 30 years old but the unit has been updated with new floors throughout, a nice TV, and a very nice new bathroom. The owner leaves their car in the assigned space which caused me some confusion as this fact was not disclosed prior to my arrival but it was fine as there were a number of guest spaces available close to the unit. I would rent this unit again.Great space for a couple.

Stayed for 5 days in December, 2012 Never rent a condo on the first floor as you hear people walking above you. Condo smelled of mold and mildew.
Thanksgiving stay Theresa D. from Portland, Oregon recommends this property.
Stayed for 8 days in November, 2012 This was a great condo in a great location. We loved it! The only negative comments we would have would be that there was quite the infestation of ants in the kitchen when we got there. I tried to solve the issue (I dealt with that problem at home a few months ago) but they kept coming back, I could never find the source. Also there was no dishwasher soap or laundry detergent when we got there. Not too big of a deal but we were told there would be a small supply for a few days. The bed and pillows were way too soft for our liking but we are used to sleeping on a Temperpedic.
Beautiful Location! A guest from Eugene, OR recommends this property.
Stayed for 9 days in May, 2012 We've stayed at Turtle Bay many times and always love the area. This condo has a beautiful view of the golf course and ocean in the distance. The condo itself was built in the 70's and is showing it's age, but it is still comfortable and a nice place to stay. The king size bed was very comfy and we loved watching all of the birds that came to our lanai. The pool is just steps from the front door and never crowded.
Estates at Turtle Bay Sharnee E. from Girdwood, Alaska recommends this property.
Stayed for 6 days in March, 2012 We had a nice stay in this unit. The owner was very gracious and accommodating to our last minute reservation (she saved our vacation!) The unit had everything we needed for our stay. The proximity to the Turtle Bay resort was nice, for an evening out. The trails for running were great for keeping us off the busy roads. The weather was terrible for our entire stay, however, it was nice to have somewhere comfortable to stay, away from the rain. The dryer broke the second to last day of our stay, and the management company offered up a dryer in another unit, so that we could take care of our laundry. We were impressed that the owner also called us, to check in and make sure that we were comfortable, and had what we needed and apologized about the dryer. We hope to visit again, and pray the weather is better. We would be happy to rent from this owner & management company again. The only thing we could have asked for to make the stay better, is a knife sharpener, it would have made cooking in the unit a bit easier. :)
Great location, everything great but cleanliness and broken AC A guest from Wilsonville, OR recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in December, 2010 I'm glad to respond, as I had planned to write an email to the management anyway. At first look, 93W was clean and well kept. But just walking into the bathroom revealed tiny ants EVERYWHERE, including in the cabinet above the sink and in the light socket. Then when getting in to bed at night, I noticed cobwebs under the chest of drawers, live spiders in webs around the room in the areas where wall meets floor and wall meets ceilings. When I went to turn on the air conditioner, I could tell that the small area under it was filthy. It couldn't have been cleaned recently. Some walls in the condo have a bamboo and string covering, which is dusty and spidery. I chose not to look under the bed for fear I wouldn't dare sleep on the bed. This was in the downstairs bedroom, but my son told me that in one of the bedrooms upstairs there was a shoe and other items of junk that had been left from other renters. Dirty and dusty there, too. Obviously, cleaners need to pay more attention to detail and the condo is so full of insects it seriously needs fumigation. My husband told someone at the office about the ants, and the response he got implied that "This is Hawaii, and ants are tough to get rid of." (not a direct quote.) But this was our fifth trip to Hawaii and our first time to have to deal with so many insects. One of the rooms upstairs had a broken air conditioner, and while the management tried to get a replacement one did not come within the 8 days we stayed there. I believe some of the other condos our family rented were cleaner than ours. I would come again and hope that I get a cleaner condo next time. All in all, the management was helpful in making rental arrangements and we would recommend Turtle Bay Estates to others. Our hope is that our feedback is helpful.

Stayed for 4 days in May, 2010 Sparsely equipped compared to others. Black mold around bath vanity. Place needs updating, especially the bath. Overpriced compared to others.
No Big Screen A guest from Kapolei, Hawaii recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in May, 2009 The stay at Turtle Bay was outstanding and the golf course staff was great. One problem was the big screen T.V. in the living room was not working as published in the add. The bedroom bed made up for that misfortune :).
overall pleasant stay A guest from Yuba City, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 8 days in February, 2009 The place was a little out dated, shower wasn't in such great condition, needs maybe to be cleaner and updated. Dishes in cabnest had spider webs in them. Other than that it was a overall pleasant stay!
