ARTIST GARDEN -- A bright and breezy 2 bedroom 2.5 bath private home located in the prestigious Admirals Lane neighborhood of the Truman Annex. This property is in the ideal location, walking distance to all Old Town Key West has to offer along with the beautiful beach at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and the nightly festivites in Mallory Square.

Artist Garden is a delightful home with an open floor plan on the main level, a roomy kitchen with granite countertops open into the dining and living areas. Bright colors and unique artwork give this home a wonderful flair. Off the living and dining area, two sets of french doors reveal a large private deck with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the fabulous Key West breezes. The patio is fenced and a perfect place to relax with friends and family, sip a margarita, enjoy a casual dinner and prepare for the evening entertainment.

Located on the second floor you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed and full bath ensuite. The guest room is located down the hall and has a daybed with trundle and access to the second bath just outside the room.

A shared swimming pool is just steps away, with sparkling waters and chairs to lounge while soaking up the sunshine. Reserved parking is also a perk to Artist Garden, making the amenity package complete.
