Meadow Ridge Condo rentals have a unique, picturesque mountain setting overlooking the entire Winter Park Valley just 3 miles from downtown Winter Park. All guests have access to the clubhouse with outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, tennis courts, steam room, exercise equipment, racquetball courts, locker rooms and laundry. Nearby is the Winter Park Ski Resort offering skiing and snowboarding and within a short drive you can experience natural hot springs, dog sled rides, world class mountain biking and hiking trails. Rocky Mountain National Park is a short 45 minutes away. All guests will need to come to our main office. Check-in time starts at 4PM. The office will have varying office hours throughout the year, but will be open daily from 8AM to 5PM. There will be an additional surcharge for any 1 night stays. This surcharge price will vary from unit size to unit size.
Minimum age required for check-in is 21. If your stay is 2 nights or less, a cleaning fee will be collected upon check-in. The fees are-

2BD/2BA- USD 45.00
3BD/2BA- USD 55.00
