Chalet l'Apogee is a luxury residence / ski chalet locate only 10 Minutes from the Mont-Tremblant resort, Gray Rocks and Mont-Blanc ski stations; It is minutes from the quaint town of St-Jovite. Tremblant offer some of the best skiing and golfing in Canada and Eastern North America. Because it is rented by its owners, it is one of the best priced luxury chalet in Tremblant! Its owners are seasoned travelers who appreciate clean and finely appointed accommodations, in the absense of any "surprises". This is what we offer to our guests.

L'Apogée is a wonderfully bright, clean and modern mountain chalet, superbly located high at Lac Dufour, on almost 2 acres of you own private forest. It boasts 4 bedrooms on 3 floors, 3 washrooms and is fully equipped for up to 8 persons. It lacks no amenities: We provide linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towells, napkins, aluminium paper, spices, condiments, firewood, fire starters, BBQ (all year round), etc. etc.

It is fully equipped with Cable-TV, telephone, stereo, CD's, DVD player and DVD's, videos, local internet connection (dial up), fully equipped kitchen will all appliances, washer, dryer, wood burning stove with large plate glass, and much more.

Although it is not directly on water front, the semi-private water access is only 150 feet from the chalet, across the street. There is a dock to fish or dive from and we keep a 2 person kayak at the water's edge for our guests. Lac Dufour is a very clean and quiet lake; Motorized watercrafts are not allowed.

We have renting l'Apogée for 10 years and have only had raving reviews from day one.

The chalet is professionally cleaned between every rental.

Usual Check-in time: 4:00PM
Usual Check-out time: 11:00AM
Check-in or out may be extended (if possible i.e. in the absence of a prior or subsequent rental).

Deposit Policy: A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm a reservation. Visa, check, bank or email transfers are accepted. The final payment is payable 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: The deposit and final rental payments are not refundable once paid. However, if the chalet is rented to another party, for at least the same price, we will reimburse the payments made minus $150.00. We are not responsible for loss of services, appliances, utilities (electricity, telephone, water, tv reception) or enjoyment of the property for reasons beyond our control.

Security Deposit Policy: A security deposit of $350 is required on a Visa authorisation 30 days before arrival. The authorisation is only used if necessary (damages, missing items, long-distance calls) and will otherwise become void within 45 after departure.

Housekeeping: Cleaning service is supplied after your stay, there is no daily cleaning service. Bed linens and towels are supplied. Additional housekeeping service can be provided at an additional cost. Daily tidying of the kitchen is the responsibility of the guest. After check out, housekeeping will do the laundry and final cleaning. Guests may launder their linen in the washer/dryer. Detergent is to be supplied by the guest.

L'Apogee is NOT subject to GST or QST (taxes) which is a 15% savings on rental compared to other commercial chalets subject to taxes. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollar.

Telephone charges: All local calls are free of charge. Any long distance calls made shall be charged to the guest at a minimum $2.00 per call. A calling card should be used to make long distance calls.

Entry is with a door code - there are no keys to obtain or to return.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside.

Pets: Sorry, we do not allow pets at the chalet.

Fireplace: Firewood is provided, with fire starters.

BBQ: Gas for the BBQ is provided.
