The apartment is located on boulevard Edgar Quinet in the 14th arrondissement right in the heart Montparnasse which is the meeting point for at least a century of artistic and cultural avant-gardes. It is also close to the business area of the Montparnasse Tower. The theaters & cabarets of rue de la Gaité are nearby and it is easy to get to all Paris major tourists attractions with the metro - Invalides, Rodin Museum, Luxembourg Garden, Eiffel Tower. A 10-15 min walk to St Germain des Pres. It is also a few minutes walk from Place Denfert-Rochereau with the AirFrance shuttle bus and RER B line connections to the Parisian airports. All around there are small squares and pedestrian streets with stores and nice open air markets such as Rue Daguerre. Many bars & restaurants in the neighbourhood.
This duplex apartment is located on a beautiful quiet courtyard in Montparnasse and has the feeling of a small house. Entrance from the courtyard directly into an open kitchen and a livingroom on the ground floor. Large windows gives lots of light. Bedroom with doublebed and a mezzanine bed on the first floor. Tastefully decorated and large windows. Bathroom with shower. A lot of charm.

BOOKING DEPOSIT PAYMENT

We require a booking deposit corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental for finalizing the reservation. You may pay by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. The Euro is the only accepted currency.

RENTAL BALANCE PAYMENT AND REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

In principle, the rental balance and the refundable security deposit shall be paid by credit card at latest 4 days or by bank transfer (For EU Citizens only) at latest 10 days before the arrival date. In some particular cases, we accept this payment cash on the arrival upon previous request.
The refundable security deposit will be refunded at latest within 72 hours after the departure.

PRICE

The price includes:
- Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
- Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
- Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys between 8 am and 8 pm.
- Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.

The price does not include:
- Your telephone calls
- Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
- The refundable security deposit will be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
- An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival.

NUMBER OF PERSONS IN THE APARTMENT

The number of persons cannot be more than the number indicated in the reservation contract (this number includes also children aged less than 2 years old). Should be not respected the number of occupants, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental.

LATE CHECK-IN

For a check-in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant by 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant by 80 euros extra
