The Estate is located on the marvelous hilltops of Chianti and on slopes of Pratomagno at 500 mt. a.s.l. , nearby Florence, Siena, SanGimignano, Pisa, Arezzo and Cortona.
It was built in the ‘1600 and belonged through the centuries to Noble families and Religious Institutions.

Villa Arcadia
Arcadia, takes the name from an ancient Greek Region, ideal place of a mythical Rural Life style. To respond/react to the seventeenth century style, in the name of simplicity, the Arcadian followed classical Greek and Latin model/method; they created in poetry a country way in which "the shepherds" were the poets themselves and took upon Hellenizing nicknames of shepherds

The Villa is displaced on three floors ,providing, by all four sides and floors, a spectacular view. 215 sqm, spacious dining room, spacious living room with fireplace, big kitchen, 2 bathrooms (tub and shower), 1 garret, 1 big double bedroom with an extra sofa-bed and 1 triple bedroom. The house offers living for 5-7 persons.

Villa Esperidi
In Greek mythology, the Hesperides are nymphs who tend a blissful garden in a far west corner of the world, located, according to various sources, in the Arcadian Mountains in Greece or on a distant island at the edge of the ocean. According to different accounts, there were either three, four, or seven Hesperides, but they are usually numbered three, like the other Greek triads. Among the names given to them are Aegle, Arethusa, Erytheia, Hesperia, Hespere, Hestia, and Hesperusa. They are sometimes called the Western Maidens, the Daughters of Evening, or the Sunset Goddesses....

Esperidi is displaced on one floor of 120 sqm, providing by 4 sides a spectacular view;
spacious and bright dining/living room with a fireplace, small kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom with bunk beds with another entrance/exit on the garden and a small laundry room.

Galatea
In ancient Greece lived a handsome and talented sculptor named Pygmalion. He loved his work and would spend hours carving beautiful ivory statues, always at his happiest when immersed in his art. One day he chose a large, beautiful piece of ivory, and worked for many long hours at it, chiseling and hammering until he finished. It was a statue of a beautiful lady. Pygmalion at once fell in love with his creation - he thought it was so beautiful, and he clothed the figure, gave it jewels, and named it Galatea, which means "sleeping love". Treating Galatea as if she were his girlfriend, he brought his ivory statue shells and pebbles, little birds and flowers of all colors......

Maia
Daughter of Atlantis and Pleione, she was the nymph of the monte Cillene; symbol of spring or spring raining season (once said, the name of the month of May, in Latin Maius, derives from this name) she was the most beautiful among the Pleiades whom together with her sisters were turned into stars.

The property is surrounded by a gorgeous park of Olive trees and Vineyards with all kinds of comforts in which everyone can relax, enjoy the sounds of nature and take a swim in the swimming pool.
Nearby the pool there is a big solarium facing the marvelous valley of Arno.
 Entertainment’s like calcio balilla and table-tennis are available for the youngsters, slides and swings for the little ones and a fitness room for the athletics.
Mountain bike and Barbeque are also available for all our guests
