Seychelles Condominiums by ResortQuest provide all the comforts of home and the modern amenities you desire. All units boasts ceramic tile in the foyer, hallway, two full baths with cultured marble vanity tops, washer/dryer and spacious balconies.
Bedding Configuration:
King, queen, twin bunk bed, and a sofa sleeper. Unit sleeps 8.
Overall Property Description:
Tranquil surroundings, upscale appointments and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico define a stay at Seychelles Beach Resort. Every Seychelles condo boasts professionally decorated interiors, ceramic tile floors in the foyer, hall, kitchen and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, multiple baths with cultured marble vanity tops, a washer and dryer, complimentary high speed Internet access, and a private beachfront balcony with mesmerizing Gulf views. The two bedroom units also include a bonus bunk room. This spectacular 22 story high rise offers a number of resort amenities. There are two Gulf side pools, one which is heated seasonally and features a connecting hot tub. A dune walkover leads from the elevated pool deck directly to 200 feet of pristine beachfront below. The fitness center includes both weight machines and free weights. There is a game room on site, complimentary beach service seasonally, and complimentary DVD rentals for ResortQuest guests. Please note that a USD 117.08 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 w/o guardian. The front desk is open from 9am-5pm daily. Daily housekeeping is available between 9am-5pm. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees.
