Please note that a USD 174.83 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Resort amenities at Crystal Sands include a beachfront location, private beach boardwalk, outdoor pool that is heated seasonally, free outdoor parking, a picnic area with BBQ grills, and a Tiki Bar serviing shaved ice, beverages, snacks, and ice cream. Located along Scenic Highway 98 in the quiet neighborhood of Crystal Beach, Crystal Sands proves a relaxing retreat with easy access to all the excitement of Destin. Minimum age required at check-in is 25, individual must occupy the rental property the entire term. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees.
