Palazzo Condominiums by ResortQuest offers comfort and luxurious accommodations. Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen complete with granite countertops, nine foot ceilings, washer/dryer and private balcony. A cleaning fee of 109.76 USD will be collected at check-in for all 2 bedroom units.

Overall Property Description:
Located on the coveted west side of Panama City Beach, guests of Palazzo recline by the elevated tropical Gulf front pool, soak in the hot tub, or work up a sweat in the full fitness center. Each of the professionally decorated one to three bedroom units has spacious nine to ten foot ceilings, granite kitchen counters, large balconies off the living room, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Please note that a USD 135.92 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Persons booking unit must be 25 or older, with valid ID, and must occupy unit for the entire stay. No singles under 25 without guardian. Beach service is complimentary from March through October, and guests may take advantage of complimentary DVD rentals from ResortQuest. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees.
