Overall Property Description:
This Gulf Front complex is comprised of three buildings located on 450 ft. of sugar white beaches and our beautiful emerald green waters. Summerwind offers one and three bedroom units with large balconies, complimentary high speed Internet available in unit and free video rentals. Property amenities include lush tropical landscaping, outside showers, heated Gulf-side pools with large decks and spas, covered entrances and a gulf-front exercise room. Beach Service is available during stays from March to October-includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella for a service fee. Check-in is at the Navarre Beach Office at 8478 Gulf Boulevard. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Please note that a USD 174.04 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees. Please note that a USD 174.04 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in.
