The property features a large beachside pool, a lap pool that is heated seasonally, hot tub, gazebo with beach walkover, fitness center, and two lighted tennis courts. Seasonal amenities include beach service and a kids program. Each two and three bedroom condominium offers a private furnished balcony with a Gulf front view. The baths feature cultured marble vanities, with a whirlpool tub in the master bath. Homelike conveniences include a washer and dryer, cable TV with DVD player, high speed Internet access, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. Please note that a USD 152.20 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
