Villa Festiva is a two story villa with two rooms offset on the top level for ultimate privacy and a third room on the bottom floor.

Three private spacious tropical luxury villas come complete with the latest traditional style, culture and comfort, and featuring extraordinary architecture, built by a native craftsman.

The bottom floor has a huge kitchen, sitting areas, pool palapa bar and yoga deck.

Rent the entire home or one room at a time.

Each villa complete is complete with:

Fully equipped full size open-air kitchens.

Balcony overlooking the destinations most swimable beach.

All rooms have complete unobstructed views.

Each room has a king size bed in front of picture window looking out at the sun drenched beach, creating an enchanting setting.

The property offers a multi level roof with huge overhangs wrapping the entire property offering ultimate privacy and shade. The entire dining area downstairs is protected from the sun, and yet the open-air floor plans allows for those off shore breezes to come through.

Deposit Policy: 50% deposit due within (5) five days of booking in order to confirm your reservation.
Balance/damage deposit is due in full 45 days prior to check in.
