Only stayed one night but absolutely loved it. Everything was wonderful at the house. Great kitchen and well stocked. Rebecca at property mgmt was very helpful. I hope to return soon.

Fantastic privacy--lovely deck. Only reason I didn't give location a "5" was that you can hear street noise from nearby busy road. But it didn't get in the way of having a very pleasant stay.

The house was beautiful inside & out, deers in the backyard everyday were a plus, kind of far from Yosemite National forest but to tell you the truth I think that the sites outside Yosemite such a Rainbow Pool were less crowded, more economical & more fun to visit. The lake was nice but it's small & not dog friendly & it's not worth the $15.00 to visit. The one downfall are the $300.00 + in misc fees in addition to the rental amount I feel it's pretty expensive for what's provided.

The fees are for a car pass,tax and cleaning so when you leave you need to take your time a do house work. Also, dog fee not per night but per visit. We disclose all these fees upfront to all of our guests. It does sound like you had a great timePine Mountain Custom Rentals

Cozy home, great location, great deck

We stayed for just 2 nights up from the Bay Area. The house was very cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed to do some cooking and grilling. The location outside the gate made it very easy to get on the main road to Yosemite and just a few minutes to the store and town. I particularly enjoyed the deck and BBQ, as well as some toys downstairs for my toddler to enjoy. We will be back.

Great Family experience with Older Grandchildren

We spent four lovely nights with our son and his two grown children. Our grandson is currently enrolled in culinary school on his fifth "mod" and found a delight in all the excellent cooking utensils. We had chef gourmet food every day and it was so fun to watch him showing off his culinary expertise. This was totally a surprise that the kitchen was so expertly equipped.The rest of the house was quite elegantly appointed and the deck is just glorious with lots of deer and Stellar jays to entertain us. We laughed, played games and took family photos on the deck. In fact we loved being at this home do much we did not even go to stay at the lake we just drove to lake, looked without even getting out and got ice cream at the ice cream shop in Groveland and returned to laugh and play some more at the house. We found the home spotlessly clean. Thank you for helping us make a lifetime memory.

This cabin is in a quiet setting, has beautiful furnishing, and is near town. We loved it, and spent our evenings grilling on the deck. Totally recommend it.

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer

Our group of seven adults really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very comfortable and clean. We wish we could have stayed longer in order to enjoy the patio and bbq grill, the beautiful surroundings, and the awesome lake more.This location is as close to Yosemite as you can get without actually staying in the park, so it was quite convenient.A couple of downsides is that Groveland shuts down pretty early in the evening so we had to plan accordingly to get our groceries and eat. Also, it seemed that we ran out of hot water pretty quickly for our showers.That being said, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this home for those wanting to stay near Yosemite.

this is a wonderful house, the deck is awesome we ate out there every meal, the driveway is a bit of a challenge if you have a big rig but manageable.

The only reason I'm not giving this place a 5 star is because it was a little hard to find, although we got there when it was dark and getting in and out of the driveway is somewhat of a challenge. Other than that the place is awesome. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

A nice property to rent. Great place to relax with friends or family. Town is nice and quiet and pretty close to Yosemtie. Driveway was a bit tough to get into, but once you got used to it, it was not a problem.

Love the property however parking passes are needed for the beaches as this is the reason for staying at PML. Otherwise perfect.

The property management team has gone to great lengths to make your stay pleasant and comfortable as possible. They have gone as far to give you their personal owners entry pass, risking a fine by PMLHOA, so you could park on the Marina. As it was explained, owner passes are not available to guests.
