Trash compactor not working. Animal fecies at doorway on balcony. Balcony very dirty. Lower level exit to course need of repair. Very dangerous broken step (wood rot). All remote controls in need of batteries. |

Loved the golf/ clubhouse- hated the condo CCV#29 A guest from Red Wood Estates, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 I love the location BUT the condo is in bad shape. Half of the twin beds in the house were unusable (base was broken on 1, mattress was torn on the other) the deck from the master is falling off the house (BIG DANGER) & the king bed was like sleeping on a board. The refrigerator was not working (cool but would not get cold) had to put drinks in the freezer. The chair in the front room was broken (tips over sideways) and the rest of the furniture has to be 30+ years old. I?m thankful no one got hurt during our stay!!! Was not worth the price of rental. Loved the golf course and club house! Wish I would have picked a different place to stay. Glad to return home |

Stayed for 2 days in August, 2011 Proximity of the condo to the golf course was great and we felt we were lucky to stay there. We could walk to the course and dinner. Property definitely needs some maintenance, particularly in the kitchen...cabinet doors and drawers in very poor condition. In front upstairs bedroom the drapery pulls were broken so the drapes sagged; it's patio screen was off because it was bent and could not be put back in the track. The laundry area definitely could be cleaned out. Silverware holder was not clean and silverware wasn't very clean either. There was construction going on to the eaves or roof of the condo and the crew didn't bother to clean up the entry deck...pulled nails, sawdust and lumber chips were left on the deck. Trees definitely need trimming of very old scraggly branches that totally block view of the golf course. Otherwise, we had a good time and made do. Beds were comfortable. We would stay again primarily because of the location. |

The only thing that would've been nice is to have the linens inside already, i.e. the sheets already on the bed. Otherwise, the property manager was very helpful and available every time I called.
