On same level as the condo is the outdoor, comfortably heated swimming pool and sun deck overlooking the beach and the ocean. Right down the steps from the swimming pool is a jogging/biking trail that runs along the ocean front. Rental places for all sorts of recreational activities right there on the beach. Come back from a long day of relaxing on the beach and enjoy the hers and his steam rooms right by the swimming pool, or get going for the night with friends in the common room, equipped with pool table and other entertaining games. Although in the midst of high energy South Beach, the building itself is an oasis; if you need a place to party and make some noise, we understand, and recommend other listings.
