A set of steps leads to a large deck and the main living floor of this home. The living room opens to the deck and has a wall of windows with view of vineyard and mountains. The dining room is directly adjacent in its own semi-formal space, and opens to the kitchen beyond. Off a short hall from the living room, there are two bedrooms, a shared bath, and stairs down to the fourth bedroom/family room, which opens to the garden and hot tub. Upstairs from the living room, there's a master bedroom suite with its own bathroom. The fenced rear yard features a large lawn surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. House is ~2200sf.
Your well-behaved dog is welcome. Limited to dogs under 25 pounds due to neighbor's chickens and cherry floors.
Cleaning $150, 11% tax on rent and cleaning, $75 non-refundable security protection.
