*Inclusive of electricity, water, cable tv, landline (NDD and IDD not included). *Additional Php 1,000 for unlimited wi-fi broadband cable internet per stay or per month

Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12 noon.

*Upon making a reservation, a security deposit of Php 5,000 ($120) is required. In the event that reservation is cancelled, security deposit is non-refundable. Payment of full stay is required upon giving the keys of the unit. Any loss or breakage will be deducted from the security deposit or will be charged. If no damage or loss, full refund will be made.

Long Stay:
6 months up @ Php 45,000 ($1,070) inclusive of HOA (association dues), exclusive of cable, telephone, water and electricity dues.
