The property is situated on top of a small hill in the middle of a valley, so peace & quiet is abundant - as is the freedom to make as much noise as you want! A bottle of great local wine is always gifted on arrival by the hosts.
The owners live in the other side of the villa, who make sure the Boogey Man doesn't go Boo! in the night!
LOCATION: Just 5 km from the town of Filottrano (all kinds of shops), 17 km from Jesi (castles tour), circa. 25 km from the Conero Riviera, the city of Ancona and the Falconara airport.

An optional Daily Maid Service is available upon request. Otherwise housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due at check-in). In the event of cancellation, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.Last minute bookings are accepted if made no later than 3 days before arrival. There is no security/damage deposit required.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Transfer.
