Review issues Bahia Vista 7-208 A guest from Fjellhamar, Norway does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 as closest neighbour to the New bridge over the bay( approx 20 yards away). Noisy.Old standard and not proper upgrading . Sliding doors to the small terasse is not easy to Lock and they are not tight. Wind blow in from west.The poperty was obvious for sale and the agent Call us immediate after arrival for having the right toshowing the appartment to customers during Our stay without offering any discount. Not very Professional.Total not to recommend.John |

Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 Very nice area 5 min to beach or use the one at your back door.The unit we stayed in needed new furniture hide a bed broke. Both tvs. Were out dated bleach spots all over carpet. Unit was clean enough. |

Nice condo but noisy. A guest from Toronto, ON does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 Nice, bright, spacious condo but noisy with traffic and the current construction of the bridge. I would only recommend this condo with a warning about the noise level. Condo needs new linens for the beds. Property Manager Response: Response from Waterfront Vacation Rentals Inc. Isla Del Sol is a beautiful complex... just not Bahia Vista 7-208! A guest from Toms River, NJ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 19 days in February, 2011 OVERAL STAY: After I cleaned, windex sliding doors, washed all towels, washed dishes silverware and a filthy coffee pot then I was more comfortable. GENERAL CONDITION: Living room furniture very uncomfortable. LOCATION: Very noisey from traffic. View was nice. CLEAN: Had to vacuum because of dead bugs under chairs in both bedrooms and on window sills. Carpeting is very dirty; needs to be replaced. Had to buy new fry pan; housekeeping brought 2 new pots and 2 new pillows. MANAGEMENT: Very helpful. FINALLY: Loved the area and would stay there again, just not in that condo. |

Building 7-208 A guest from Edgewood, KY recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2010 We've been familiar with Isla Del Sol since the early 1990's. The Condo was Very Nice with nice amenities. It was clean and everything was in good operational order. You can tell the owners treat this condo with TLC. However, the location so close to the main road is not ideal. Lots of road noise even with windows closed and air conditioning on. Also, fishermen arrive to fish off the nearby bridge very early in the morning (like 4AM) with at least one fisherman using a LOUD car stereo that woke us up each of 7 mornings. |

Looks are deceiving A guest from Frankenmuth, MI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2010 Although the condo complex was beautiful and the pictures of this condo looked great, we were not impressed with this unit. The location near the bridge was very noisy. We couldn't open the windows because of the traffic noise and the fans and airconditioniong made the blinds clatter at night. The carpeting in the condo was dirty and the coffee table glass was cracked. The beds were comfortable with exception of the worn out sofa bed mattress. |
