Loved the Pool area and the view of the Gulf A guest from Beaver Dam, WI recommends this property. Stayed for 29 days in January, 2013 We have been going to this location for about 7 years. We love the location and the view of the Gulf. Easy access to the Gulf and the sunsets are beautiful. We also love the heated pool and have gotten to know a lot of the other renters during our stay. Everyone is so friendly. We stay the month of Feb. |

It was a short walk to the beach and the trolly stops right in front of the unit. My only real disappointment was the lack of cookware in the unit. Since this unit was rated for 6 people, I expected there would be appropriately sized cookware. We had 2 very small pots (not big enough to make mac n cheese)and 1 large skillet. My recommendation would be to add at least one large pot and a casserole dish. Also, the sleeper sofa was not comfortable in the least, would not recommend sleeping on it. Otherwise, it was very plesant. |

Stayed for 42 days in February, 2010 The Pool furniture has gone down hill from other years. There were not enough chairs. The chairs were of poor quality and not comfortable. The furniture in the condo should be replaced. It is showing signs of wear. It is 1970's version. However we will be returning next year as we love the location and the other guests as well as the cleanliness of the property inside and out. Unit 18 has been refreshed with a new dining table & chairs, sofa fabric & kitchen paint. |

I came across your office and you guys were willing to let us stay at Tropic Breezes for 2 nights. You allowed us to have a wonderful weekend away from home for the amount of time that we needed.
