Great condo Christopher K. from Pittsburgh, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2013 Very clean, spacious and safe. Awesome view of the intracoastal waterway and boat traffic. We saw dolphins, a few manatees and tons of other wildlife from the balcony as well. Roving security were out all night so you are pretty safe. Just have to keep the noise levels down because it seemed like a lot of retirees live in the complex. A+ |

Quick drive to downtown St Petersburg, restaurants, shopping, parks and beaches.The unit is very well equipped. It seems that the renters will leave extra items like dish and laundry detergents, foils and plastic wrap. It?s nice to have it available when you arrive and it also makes you want to maintain those supplies for those who follow.The owners have graciously supplied beach towels and only ask that you launder and return them to their shelf.I have found the management company to be pleasant and extremely attentive to any calls I have made to them. We as renters are their best resource to keep them aware of any maintenance issues that might arise.So if you like to watch Dolphins and a few Manatees swim by, go to the beach, museums, play golf, go for a walk or just sit by the pool, this is a great place to do it from. The only negative I found was that a few areas were a bit dusty. A cloth and a few minutes took care of that.TJ |

Bahia Del Mar A guest from Orlando, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in June, 2012 The condo is beautiful, in a great location and has everything you need. It was very relaxing to watch the boat traffic and sealife.Our biggest complaint is, "The Pool." The senior citizens on the condo board have created so many pool rules there are 3 full boards of pool restrictions to read. Use of the pool is limited to 9AM (after their breakfast) and closes at dusk! We walk early in the AM and would like to take a dip and go out for dinner/shopping etc. and would like to come home and relax by or in the pool. Pool hours are strictly enforced by a local condo resident..who makes it their responsibility to monitor the pool and call security. I personally observed from our balcony: a couple (not making noise), get the flashlight in the face and tossed out in record time. Unfortunately this will be a future deal breaker for our return. |

Easy to get around and very close to St. Pete Beach. You could walk to the beach. The area is very safe and quiet. A great place to relax and enjoy. |

Stayed for 7 days in May, 2010 We stayed in this condo once before, enjoying it enough to stay again. As expected, we had a great time. The only issues were related to housekeeping and maintenance...dirty dishes, dirty coffee mugs and silverware were stacked amongst the clean stuff. Also the toaster is broken...the lever will not stay down when pushed. Regarding maintenance, the balcony slider from unit above is very loud...tenant/guest used it constantly so there was a lot of noise from above. |
