Couldn't find any garbage bags so bought some, also no dish liquid. Maybe these were our responsibilities, don't know. All in all, it was a nice place to stay. The property was easy to find and a great deal. We arrived with instructions on how to enter which were easy to understand. There were some dirty towels left in the bathroom and the beds were not made. Only to find out they forgot to clean the unit for us. Housekeeping contacted us about forgetting to clean and came out right away to clean. Very impressed by this. Everything was going great till the electricity was knocked out. Not the companies fault at all!!!! Hoping it would come back on we stayed through the night. We were told by the electric company that it would. Oat likely not be back on for a couple of days. We talked to the owners who were willing to work with us. We found another place to stay with power and were refunded the rest of our stay. Very pleased with this! We would go back in a heart beat to this condo. Great location and great owners! Very impressed with how everything was handled! |

A Pleasant Stay Marie R. from Holland, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 12 days in April, 2012 Nice location -- convenient walk to the beach, only several blocks. Area is fairly quiet. When folks are playing in the pool, we couldn't even hear them once we closed our windows. The pool is open til 1AM which is a nice feature. So for those who like to swim late, it's not a problem for other guests as the insulation/sound barrier is good. The local restaurants offer a decent selection of food -- especially the all-you-can-eat crab legs at The Oyster Shucker. Several large restaurants within 4 blocks. Overall a very nice experience. We would go back again. |

It included everything we needed for going to the beach such as lounge chairs and coolers. The only glitch was a couple of days the pool on the premises didn't seem to be functioning correctly and the water was not clean. Stayed for 5 days in April, 2011 After a hectic week in Disney World,a 5 day stay at the Waves inn St Pete beach was just what we needed. 5 minutes from the beautiful beach and thanks to the owner who provides all you need for a day in the beach (toys, umbrella, deckchairs, cool box) The apartment was lovely and the washing machine and tumble dryer came in very handy. St Pete beach is great - plenty of nice restaurants and a supermarket on the doorstep. Linda at Waterfron Rentals was very helpful and the directions came in very handy. We will always have special memories of St Pete beach as we also got married while we were there! |

Stayed for 6 days in March, 2011 The only complaint I would have would be the tile floor was not clean when we arrived. We were traveling with a one year old. I wiped the floor with a paper towel and it was Black. Our feet were black from just walking on it as well. I cleaned my self just for our little one. Management should check with the cleaning company contracted for that service to make sure they are doing what is requested of them. Other than that the place was up to date and wonderful. It was great having beach supplies to use, and the washer and dryer were a blessing. The pool was fabulous and kept very clean. Security gate was an added plus to enter the courtyard. The beach was just about a 5min walk as well as being close to some local beach bars and restaurants. Overall our stay was great and lot of fun. Stayed for 21 days in March, 2011 Had everything there for the beach which was great. One set of dishes should be replaced, cups stained so bad you could not use them. Bought a couple myself and left them there. Having washer and dryer in unit was great. I would now like to book for next year lst three weeks in March but something with two queen beds and a pull out sofa. Must have washer and dryer. As of June 2012 have had no other complaints on the twin beds. I did stay in this unit and slept on one of the beds and had a good nights sleep. We also have had no other complaints on the comfort of the sofa and I found it to be just fine while staying there. I do realize comfort is very subjective when it comes to upholstered furniture and beds. Dishes and coffee cups were replaced. |
