On the positive side the location was ideal for the beach and getting around as the bus stop was just outside the apartment block. The convenience store was a few yards up the street. The location of the pool was ideal at the back of the building. On the down side some of the fixtures and fittings are getting a little tired and will need replacing soon. The traffic on Gulf Blvd. can be a bit noisy at times but not in the bedroom. Having said all that the location was just fine and the condo had all the necessary things you need to make your stay comfortable. Plenty of room for the two of us but if four adults were to stay it could become a little cramped, but two adults and two children would be fine.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Gulf view from condo is incredible, even though it's across the street. It is exactly as pictured in the sales ad. Great pool! Easy access to amenities.Just a little noisy being right on main street,but not in bedroom. Bus stop right out front convenient.Would definitely stay again.

The location is next to the road and you hear alot of noise, but once you get used to it it's not so bad. Needs new bed linens and towels.

This is probably the 4th time we have stayed at Madeira Place and we have enjoyed it every single time we have been there. The only problem we had was the time flew by to quickly.

The condo is adequate for our needs The decor is a little dated but clean and beds are comfortable. The bed spreads could be replaced-- the same ones for several years. Bathtub is stained because of the "black" soot that plagues Florida -- bit clean all the same Love the walk in closet and the washer and dryer.

the property is in a good location bus stop in front short walk to john,s pass and grocery store condo has a good layout enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset also enjoyed the pool however main bathroom needs to be updated bedroom carpet needs cleaning or replacing pillows are all stained had to buy 2 new ones Enjoyed our stay

Everything was great, but being from "the woods" in north Florida, where we have no traffic near our home, the road traffic was loud in the living room. Not so much in the bedroom. We also were not given the password to the wi-fi connection. I think some of the plastic glasses need to be removed or discarded.

Richard Gagon, the caretaker at Maderia Place cannot be replaced, his caring and dedication to the people staying there is above being Execellent. As stated the location is perfect and clean and kept well.

We were very pleased with this condo. It was exactly as pictured on VRBO. The beach was across the street but we had easy access, and a great view of the ocean and sunsets. The only negative comment I can make is that the boulevard is somewhat noisy. All in all we had a great vacation at this Madeira Beach location.

This property was beautiful. Very clean and ammenities were all very close. It is right accross from a beautiful stretch of beach. The pool was huge and always well maintained. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend to others

The Condo was very comfortable everything we needed was supplied.Beds were very comfortable, washer and dryer were very useful. Great pool and beautiful beach and sunsets. Sure hope the oil doesn't ruin this paradise.All in all a very good experience.

We liked being right across from the beach access & on the trolley-bus line. Walk to ice cream & candy shop. Grocery shopping close-by & HUGE flea market & farmers market just 10 min. away. Heritage Village & Armed forces museum perfect for family. A little noisy being on main street, but quiet at night. Lovely beach.
