Great Condo a short walk to the Gondola

We rented this Red Hawk Lodge unit the first week of April, 2009. The unit is a short walk to the new gondola so we were able to come home for lunch every day. My family and I really enjoyed this condo!

we loved our stay! condo was great, its location was wonderful! no big complaints! only smaller stuff like old battery in TV remote control in one of the bedrooms, very little of paper towel and hand soap was left in the kitchen, so we had to buy our own... refrigerator wasn't too clean, and the bottom shelf was displaced/broken, so we had to clean it some and try to adjust the shelf.

short on toilet paper, heating system is so noisy that frankly we could not run it at night. There is air in the system that needs to be removed.

Great location....everything was perfect. Could have used about a 10" snowfall for the trip but that's not in your control. Also the outdoor pool could have been a tad warmer but the whirlpools were perfect.

Everything was neat and clean and the property managers were clear and consise in their directions. The only difficult thing was that we had to be out of the unit by 10:00 a.m.

The location and view was great but being right next to the lobby and allowing people to play pool till all hours of the night was irritating. The noise made it hard to get a good nights sleep. The people across the hall were arguing very late also. The condo was good but maybe better security is needed!

Red Hawk was very nice. Good location, but I knew that going in. First floor saves a lot of luggage hassle. Toilet paper dispenser was broken and gone from master bathroom. Other than that, place was in great shape.
