Located in a lively neighborhood, our spacious property newly renovated all furniture are new, fully equipped to make your stay comfortable as home, close to everything 10 minute of walk to shopping mall (less than 5 minutes of drive) and many restaurant around, Italian, Shusi, Chinese, buffet... our vacation rental can accommodate up to eight persons.

Our regular rates:
-One week rate $120.00 per night ($840/week).
-Three nights and more rate $145.00 per night.
-One night rate $195.00 per night.

Our high season rates:
-One week and more rate $150.00 per night ($1050/week).
-Three nights and more rate $175.00 per night.
-One night rate $220.00 per night.
-Monthly rental also available please inquire

Our special event rate: week of Christmas and New Year's
-One week rate $195.00 per night ($1360/weeks).
-Three nights and more rate $220.00 per night.
-One night rate $250.00 per night.

Other charge and fee:
-There will be $50 one time cleaning fee.
-$100 of damage security deposit required upon arrival and will be refund upon departure
