Great sound views in this 4 bedroom with a bonus room and 3 bath home. HAS access to OCEANFRONT PARKING!! Will allow a small dog with $100 pet fee. Top floor has the master bedroom (Q) with full bath. Middle floor has the living room, dining room,kitchen and 2 bedrooms. (1 with a double bed and 1 with a double and a twin bed) There also is a QSS in the living room. Bottom floor has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room area with a large TV (great for kids)! There also is a screened porch on the the ground level and small kennel area for the pet. Lots of deck furniture and outside shower. Rents Sunday to Sunday. NO SMOKING.
