Please note: We are offering introductory rates because permits to use the upper levels are pending. If the entire flat is available to you when you book, the low season rate will be $300/night, $1650/week or $6,000/month. If only the lower level is available, it will be roughly half of that. The lower level only has a wet-shower facility and does not have a full bathroom. We hope to have the upper level ready very soon! Please be advised that especially until the upper level is available, this apartment is designed with adults in mind and is not suitable for young children.
A cash damage deposit of $300 is required up front and will be returned to you upon departure if all is well.
We look foward to welcoming you! You may check in and out at any time, but extra charges may apply. To welcome you, on arrival there will be enough food to enjoy an ample breakfast, and the possibility to enjoy fresh coffee from our excellent espresso machine.
