The station of train (cercanías) Recoletos enables you to go to Tolède, El Escorial, Aranjuez, splendid cities located at 1 hour of Madrid. Various lines of bus and subway in the vicinity. Finally you are with 10mn with foot of Puerta del Sol and 30mn of the airport in transport. Excellent restaurants, bar “de tapas” in the area.

To confirm the reservation, you have to pay in advance by bank transfer 20 % of the total amount of the rent. The booking is confirmed when the funds are received in the bank account.
Rest of the money (including guarantee) will be given the day of arrival after signature of the contract and delivery of keys.
The guarantee shall be returned to you on departure, when you return the keys and if there are no damages.
The handing-over of the keys is done the day of the arrival at midday (15h-16h00), or in the evening (19h-22h00) and the apartment must be released before 12h00 the day of the departure. These schedules are flexible according to the day.
