Via Maggio is among the most ancient streets of Florence, it goes from Building Pitti to the Arno, and it is famous for the antique shops. Its buildings are historical and decorated .. Our apartments is situated on the 4 floor at number 41 of an ancient noble building, its a bright apartment of 52mq: it is the Suite number 11. splendid furnishings with pieces of value makes it a e particularly house with a lot of atmosphere.
The apartment is composed of a large lounge with fresco to the wall that represents a scene between a man and a dame in the ancient Florence. The floor is in terracotto and marble, ancient candles have been replaced with modern lights,. In the centre of the lounge there is a table with six chairs, a low piece of furniture that contains all the necessary utensils of kitchen, cutlery, glasses, plates, saucepans…
There is a 14” colour television and in front of there is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 persons.
Iron beaten staircase leads you up to a loft in wood with a single bed, a light and a little bedroom table in wood.
The kitchen is built in with square tiles in blue and white ceramics, it is completed with a microwave with grill, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine ,cooker , with small balcony that leads out on the court
Entering in the double bed room, on the left, there is the bath, in precious marble with large wall mirror, and a window, it has all the services and box shower. The double bedroom has decorated walls and is complete with a wardrobe in very characteristic wood ,a double bed with headrest in silk and cotton. The big window makes this room very bright. Also the apartment has central heating and air condition that makes your stay comfortable all the year round.
