This is the most opulent of our residences, La Terrasse offers a grand formal entrance, lofty living room, a formal dining room and attractive eat-in kitchen. From the dining area or the living room one can step out onto the large balcony overlooking the park. The master bedroom on the lower level has a private gallery of its own which can be a den, study, or work area. Ample closets, vanity, ensuite bathroom and laundry nook are all contained in the mastersuite. It features four and a half meter ceilings and spacious loft areas. La Terrasse is located ten minutes walk from the Jaffa Gate (Old City) It is five minutes walk from the fabulous Mamilla shopping concourse. The exotic Mahane Yehuda open market is ten minutes the other direction. There is much to see and experience right closeby, and the street itself is now an attraction.

Please note: We are offering introductory rates because permits to use the upper levels are pending. If the entire flat is available to you when you book, the low season rate will be $500/night, $3,000/week or $11,000/month. If only the lower level is available, it will be roughly half of that. Please be advised that especially until the upper level is available, this property is designed with adults in mind, and is not so suitable for younger children.A cash damage deposit of $300 is required up front and will be returned to you upon departure if all is well. We look foward to welcoming you! You may check in and out at any time, but extra charges may apply. To welcome you, on arrival there will be enough food to enjoy an ample breakfast, and the possibility to enjoy fresh coffee from our excellent espresso machine. Customer references: Our amazing trip to Israel has unfortunately come to an end, but we have many wonderful memories that will remain with us forever. One of the best decisions we made was to book our stay at the Terrace. We initially had reservations about staying in apartment versus a Hotel but luckily we made the right choice in the end as we cannot imagine a better more luxurious and comfortable place to stay. The apartment is located in the best area possible in Jerusalem, with many wonderful restaurants and cafés right on Ben Schatach and the Kotel and Old City in easy walking distance. The huge terrace was absolutely wonderful with an amazing view of Independence Park and the high ceilings and natural Jerusalem stone walls were equally breathtaking. We felt as if if we lived in Jerusalem for the whole time that we spent there.
