We love this cabin. The sunsets off the back deck are spectacular. The dock is well shaded if you do not want too much sun or you can hop on a raft and float out a bit in the lake to get more sun. We look forward to our stay at this cabin every year.

Love the location, but the cabin needs updating. There is a sewer-like smell in the kitchen. The carpeted bathrooms are not ideal for a vacation rental.

We completely enjoyed our stay at Lakeview 103. While there were some areas of the cabin that were in need of repair or a good scrub down, we were rather expecting that from the age of the cabin. The cabin was well stocked and you can't beat the location. The property managers are so nice and helpful. We can't wait for next year!!

Dear THVR, some points which need improvement at the dear Arce Cottage - our "home away from home" in TH: wood picnic table & benches are on their "last legs"; rt rear burner on stove has not worked for 5 yrs at least, which may account for slight constant propane odor; mattresses on trundle bed in rear dwnst room are very poor; acc to family members, the same since mid-80's; the kitchen floor is usually not clean; vacuumed, yes; clean, no. . . Dan replaced missing clothespins and bag, and broken paper towel roll holder in Kitchen; BRAVO! Dan! Dan LOVES the cottage!! I laundered the very soiled kitchen rug and cleaned kitchen floor; Dan also laboriously and patiently cleaned plant debris from btwn deck boards and dock boards. THANK YOU! for prompt repairs on laundry machines!! Not your responsibility, but perhaps you'd have some influence: BAD WEED GROWTH IN THE LAKE! impossible to swim from "our" dock - which is our central attraction at the Arce Cottage! Inquiries gave the impression that Lake mgmnt was asleep on this matter, and ordered abatement too late. Could you raise this concern with the Lake Assn Board? We will also write about this disappointing condition. I learned that Doug Coke, () Pres of the Sugar Pine Lake Assn, has succeeded in keeping that lake clear, following Fish & Game staff recommendations. . . How about THLake consulting Doug Coke? WE DEFINITELY WISH TO RESERVE FOR THE SAME TIME PERIOD IN 2012! Please confirm by email that you have our 2012 reservation! Thank You! for this opportunity to comment on our stay this year! Once again, we had a fabulous time in the beautiful cabin on the lake! The location right on the lake and having your very own dock, make it all the more special. It's such a privilege to get to use it every year! Already looking forward to next year!
