The cottage house is located in Kitries, a small fishing port 15 klm south of Kalamata and it consists of 2 separate apartments.
Xenios House is a 110sq. meters apartement and it is surrounded with garden and patios in a 700 sq property. It is built in 2 levels. The ground level consists of an open kitchen/large living room area and a W.C and a ladder with 6 stairs leads to the second level which consists of 2 double bedrooms and the main bathroom.
Xenios Houses has 3 covered verandas with sea and mountain View and it is very well equipted with a/c, fireplace and central heating.
Xenios house is situated just a short drive from Kalamata, approximately 20 minutes away by car, in Kitries.
Kitries is a very beautiful small village.2 Tavernas serve fresh fish and traditional Greek food and the local beach bar-caffe,all by the sea, are there to provide you the best food and relaxation. From this elevated position you will enjoy stunning views over the Bay of Messinia and the best sunset of the area.
You also can enjoy swimming either in Kitries or at Santava Beach one of the most beautifull of Messinian Bay. Santava is a big sandy beach with beach bars, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy any swimming sport you desire.
Xenios house is suitable for families, couples and singles who are seeking to experience the real beauty of Greece and the warmth of greek people.
Also, Xenios House is very near to the capital of Messinia. Kalamata is a bubbling town on the Gulf of Messinia, with a new cosmopolitan marina where you can charter boats if you so wish. The marina is surrounded by an extensive choice of tavernas which caters for all tastes. Every summer cultural events like concerts and plays are held in the amphitheatre of Kalamata Castle.
Kalamata is a town full of cafe, restaurants and traditional tavernas, clubs pubs and beach bars that will fullfill any choice.
