Just a short stroll away will bring you to an array of activities such as, Water-slides, Mini Golf, Bumper Boats, Ice Creme, Shopping, Fine Dining, Golf, Petting Zoo, Jet Ski and Boat Rentals. Just a short ride away you can hike or bike on the mountain trails. If fishing is your passion we have two World Class Rivers where you can try your luck on Steel-head, Salmon or Sturgeon. Enjoy the spectacular Blue Heron Nature reserve just a 10 minute drive from the Cottage.

The Beach is a mere 90 second walk from the front door. Throw down a blanket and start soaking up the rays!

You will immerse yourself in the home away from home that our cottage will provide. It features a gas fireplace for that evening of lounging in the rocker with your favorite book and glass of wine. A well equipped kitchen for your dining pleasures! Wake up to the Blue-jays serenading on the back patio.

The cottage is located 1 hour from Vancouver British Columbia and 2 ½ hours from Seattle Washington. You would never believe Cultus Lake was close by; it really is a hidden treasure.

We have a standard 2 night minimum during the peak season & holiday weekends, and preference is given to guests that book more than 5 days or more at a time.

A deposit is required to secure your stay. There is also a damage deposit which will be refunded to the credit card used to make the booking once the cottage is cleaned and inspected.

The Cottage is Family Friendly and will accommodate 4 adults & 4 children, the bunk-beds are not for adults.

There is a 10PM noise restriction, which is strictly enforced by local authorities. Please respect your neighbors at the lake, most of them live here year round. Cultus Lake is located within a provincial park and has its own park security. Guests may be asked to leave immediately if there are any complaints made.

Guests/Cardholders must be at least 23 years of age.

25% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and a balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

We must be notified in advance of any increase in the size of your party.

We reserve the right to charge the Guests'/Cardholders' credit card for any losses, unnecessary housekeeping or damages sustained to the Cottage during their stay.

A $50 replacement fee shall be assessed for any missing keys.

No RV's or mobile sleeping may be parked at the property unless used solely for transportation.

Our cottage is strictly non smoking, we ask that you smoke outside and use the ashtray provided.

All Guests and their invitees use the premise,structure,appliances and furnishings at their own risk. The Property Owners shall not be held liable or responsible in anyway for any injury that is caused by intentional or unintentional acts.

Cancellation: If any cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival the renter shall forfeit the full amount. There is a $25.00 service charge for changes.

Guest are responsible for the day to day cleaning of the cottage and ensuring that the cottage and the surrounding property is kept clean at all times. Garbage goes out on Monday morning from the back lane - please use the garbage cans provided. You can leave your recyclables behind on the patio and we will take them away.

The owners of the cottage are responsible for the maintenance of the grounds, There may be a caretaker coming and going during your stay.
