This villa is just steps away from one of the island's premier snorkeling areas/national parks (Smith’s Reef), and is also just a 10-minute walk to Turtle Cove Marina, home to restaurants, shopping, fishing & diving excursions.Callaloo features cut-stone walls with eclectic decor, a romantic 4-poster bed, private pool, and thatched tiki hut & gazebo. There are excellent ocean views and unobstructed sunsets. Fantastic snorkeling may be enjoyed directly out front and near the shore. The property features lush and colorful landscaping, and romantic privacy on famous Grace Bay Beach, yet away from the condo and hotel crowds. Callaloo is located next door to its twin, Ballyhoo (NSV HOO), as well as the larger Turtle Beach Villa (NSV TUR). Callaloo rentals are Sunday-Sunday, all year round. NOTE: A/C is metered to discourage use with doors & windows open, and is not expensive if used judiciously - you're not charged for the first $100/week in usage, after which there's a charge of 28 cents per kilowatt hour. There's a separate, easy-to-read, digital meter where you may monitor A/C usage. Callaloo has ceiling fans in each room and gets a comfortable, almost constant tradewind, so it would be rare to exceed the A/C allotment during your holiday.
