Limeberry Villa was completed in November 2006. It was designed by Caribbean Architecture one of the leading architects in the BVI, and built to a very high standard. This multi-level villa is tucked into a lush hillside in Belmont estates..The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms, finished with Mexican tiles and terracotta tiles. The 4th bedroom has an outside garden shower and the master bedroom is finished with a solid oak hardwood floor. Cable TV is provided to all bedrooms with CD and DVD players in bedrooms and a CD player in the Living room. The bedrooms are furnished with Indonesian hard wood furniture. There is a large covered dinning area overlooking the Infinity pool. Flooring in this area is cut coral stone and terracotta. The kitchen is in a contempary Caribbean style with stainless steel Kenwood appliances. The stove is a "Dynamic Cooking Systems" professional unit with gas fired hob and electric convection oven. The large BBQ deck area to the west has a built in "DCS" stainless BBQ with rotisserie. The built in BBQ counter is finished with Mexican tile and a Mexican ceramic sink. Backup power is provide by a Wilson 17KW diesel generator with an automatic transfer switch, housed in its own generator room. A large laundry room is equipped with 2 propane gas dryers and two washing machines and generous shelving for laundry storage. Adjacent to the laundry room is a bathroom for visitors, which is finished with a Mexican above counter bowl sink. The living room looks out over Long Bay Beach with stunning views to Jost Van Dyke and round to the USVI. It is tiled with Terracotta tiles inlaid with Mexican ceramic tiles.
