L'Ancrage is a charming, genuine village house that has been tastefully renovated. It has a beautiful view to the hills of Haut de Cagnes, and a glimpse between two village houses over the Mediterranean and the Cap d´Antibes.
You enter directly into the dining room (dining table seating 6), with an open bar kitchen. With it´s beautiful stone worktop, and exposed ceiling beams, it combines the modern with the rustique. On the first floor, with large bay windows, you find the main bed room with double beds which form a king size bed, sleeping 2. The bathroom, with a shower, toilet, and washbasin, is situated on the same floor. The living room is on the top floor, there is a sofa bed which sleeps 2. On this floor, there is also a small recess, that can nicely sleep a child - with a roof window, offering a view to the stars. At the back of the house is a table with chairs were you can smoke a cigarette and have a glass of wine in the evening.

Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between Nice and Antibes. 12 min to the airport. 20 min walk to the beach. 5 min to grocery stores, banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min by car to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 20 min to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Grasse and Italy. 17 golf courses in within 30 min drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.
