The apartment is a double storey building (ground floor and first floor), with a loft. Each level has a width of about ninety square metre, the loft is about thirty square metre.
Outside, it is encircled by a pavement leading to a patio (reachable also from the inside of the flat, precisely from the hall) where you can find a little swimming pool 'Jacuzzi style' (6 seats ? 3 kinds of hydro massage - aroma-therapy, equipped with heating system adjustable up to 35 °C) and deckchairs to lie in the sun.
The apartment is surrounded by a 1600 square metre garden, where you can find a gazebo (4 x 4) with recreational facilities: a lawn swing, a little table, chairs and a garden seat perfect for aperitif and relaxing chats.
A barbecue in the garden is at guests' disposal.

You enter directly in the central wide hall (40 m2) where you can find, starting from the left, a staircase leading to the first floor, a dining table, the kitchen, a piece of furniture containing the crockery, the pink room, a cocktail area, the arch leading to the living room, the door leading to the patio, a corner chimney, a sofa and two armchairs. The masonry kitchen (12 m2) is composed of four burners, a sink, a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine. In the living room you can find a TV, a two-seats sofa and two armchairs. ........

From the 'pink room' (reachable from the hall), passing through a corridor, you can reach the garden. A box-room joins the tastefully furnished double bedroom with TV, to a bathroom with two washbasins, bath and hydro massage shower, plus Teuco hydro support. The staircase leads to the first floor which opens with a library; from here you can reach the loft and a corridor with the three en-suite bedrooms: The 'green room' is furnished with style with shades of green, double bed, TV and video-recorder, bathroom with Jacuzzi shower/hydro massage/sauna/FM radio/water effects. The 'red room' has its entrance in a box-room which divides the double bedroom tastefully furnished with shades of red, furniture in style, and a TV. The bathroom, particular for its colour, has Jacuzzi shower, hydro massage and sauna. The 'blue room' is very large; it is furnished with style with shades of blue, a four-poster double bed, a corner decorative chimney, a strongbox, TV. The bathroom has two washbasins and Jacuzzi hydro massage bath. The loft, reachable by a wooden ladder, is composed of two areas: one of them is used for parlour games; the other is a little gym with stereo system, from where you can enjoy the wonderful view over the surrounding landscape. The proprietors live in the adjacent house that is completely independent and does not bother the privacy of the guests.
