Enjoy the quite of the 10.000 sqm of garden with 16x8 mt swimming pool in one of the most appreciated countryside area of the famous Polignano a Mare.The Masseria has a picketed garden of about 10.000 sqm and is surrounded by dozen olives and citrus groves. Walking down 25 meters of characteristic arbor enjoy the green area around the beautiful large swimming pool area with sun-chairs and garden furniture.
Inside the villa is very light and airy, furnished with luxurious typical restored and contemporary furniture and the sense of continuity of space with which the masseria has been intelligently restored makes living easy. Masseria Lamacerase is offering two flats, one is "Degli Agrumi" - 100 sqm ground floor - Entrance hall-Living area with 2 large sofa, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen area with doors leading to the private and exclusive-outside area near the citrus garden. This flat is also fully featuring disable services (disable-bed, wheelchair and full access to one bedroom with bathroom). The excellent geographic position of this Masseria with swimming pool allows to visit this valley famous for its Sea place villages (Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Savelletri), the famous Valle d'Itria for his typical Trulli, Castellana Grotte for the famous caves and not so far Ostuni known as the ‘città bianca", which from a distance appear like lots of little nativity scenes, where the slow pace of life, typical of southern Italy, and characteristic restaurants abound.

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash please pay by bank transfer the total amount before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).Due security law reason we will check-in only the guests who are in our booking-form and agreement. Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 250.
Please be sure to leave the house in a good conditions before to leave otherwise we must apply a supplement. Please inform us about pets/animals, as they should be accepted with a supplement to pay.
Finally cleaning are mandatory EUR 50
Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week. Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 16 and 21 (except different conditions). Please advise us about your departure time (please not later than 10am). Bed linen and bath towels are normally NOT included. You should rent them from EUR 10 per person.
Pots and tableware's are already in each accommodations.
Electricity is billed by use EUR 0,25 KW/h
Eating (if used) is billed separately. Normally is EUR 45 per week. Tariffs
Notes: Rates are weekly based and subjected to reconfirmation by our booking office. During Promo and Low seasons we should accept booking starting from each day of the week and for less than 7 nights but more than 2 nights (or week end).
