The fully air-conditioned & well furnished, with 220sq metres of internal accommodation provides:

Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa, but ashtrays are provided for guests wishing to smoke on outside balconies & terraces.
All bedlinen, bath, hand and bathing towels,bathrobes, hairdryers are provided. Daily fresh bread delivery & refuse collection & pool clean, weekly cleaning & linen change. Computer with free ADSL internet connection, safe. plus telephone with free local calls in the study. Additional cleaning, cooking, laundry, ironing service, private boat charter & barbecue evenings can be arranged for a reasonable extra charge. Free private airport transfers for all 2 week bookings in June,July, August & September, 7 days free rental of A/C Toyota Auris for 2 week bookings in July & August. Late booking deals & discounts for couples may be availble on selected dates. Discounted airport transfer & car hire packages available.
25% booking deposit to secure reservation, followed by balance payment & £350 refundable security deposit 10 weeks prior to arival at the villa. All reservations made with the 10 week period must be paid for at time of booking.Guests must have travel insurance.
