The Palms of Paradise is a lovely four-bedroom home, new to the weekly rental market. You’ll love this home, with its upscale furnishings, several notches above the typical vacation rental home. And it is just 1-1/2 blocks from beautiful white-sugar-sand Miramar Beach. Dining shopping and amusements are close at hand. You can swim with dolphins, cruise the Gulf, parasail, kayak or partake in any of dozens of other nearby activities.The tasteful, spacious master BR features a king bed, large walk-in closet, TV/DVD/VCR, ceiling fan and a private bath with twin sinks, shower, and garden soaker tub.
There are two bedrooms with queen beds and top line mattresses and bedding, plus TV/DVD. The fourth bedroom features two comfortable twin beds, a TV/VCR and a selection of kid's videos. All bedrooms and baths are on a single floor - no stairs to deal with. The large living room features a comfortable sofa, cushy love seat and an entertainment system with large flat screen TV, and DVD. You'll have a separate dining room that seats 6, a breakfast nook off the kitchen and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.
The spacious kitchen has everything you'll need for housekeeping, including range/oven, dishwasher, disposal, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser, microwave, blender, mixer, coffee pot, toaster, crock pot and scads of utensils.
After a day at the beach, you can lounge on your private backyard patio with large gas grill, catch your favorite shows on the large screen TV, and just kick back and get away from everyday for a while. If you need to stay in touch with the world, wireless Internet is here for you. No smoking and No pets.

We rent to responsible student groups with a $750 security deposit.A cleaning fee of $65-$85 will be charged for all rentals of less than a full week. Half of rent is due upfront to secure the reservation. Second half of rent, 11% Florida tax and a $400 security deposit ($750 for students) are due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 2-3 days of checkout if the home is left in the condition in which it was found, and all rental policies are followed. All reservations during summer are from Saturday (4 pm check-in) to Saturday (10 am checkout). The home is available for long term rental during the winter at $1300/month plus utilities for two people.
